Critical Safety Warnings & Interactions

⚠️ The “Nitrate” Warning (Life-Threatening Interaction): > You must never take Alivher if you are using nitrate medications (like nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or amyl nitrite) prescribed for chest pain or heart problems. Combining sildenafil with nitrates can cause a sudden and dangerous drop in blood pressure that can be fatal.

• Heart and Liver Conditions: Avoid this medication if you have a history of severe heart problems, a recent stroke or heart attack (within the last 3 to 6 months), or severe liver disease.

• Priapism: If you experience an erection that is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours, seek emergency medical attention immediately. Prolonged erections can cause permanent tissue damage.

• Alcohol & Food: It can be taken with or without food, but taking it with a heavy, high-fat meal may delay how quickly it starts working. Avoid consuming large amounts of alcohol, as it can worsen dizziness and make it harder to achieve an erection.
